Patient: P40006

A female, age 49 at diagnosis with Stage IV BAC carcinoma in both lungs, and treated with 19 rounds of cisplatin and 6 rounds of avastin and alimta; died 18 months after diagnosis. Was not screened. Had persistent cough and a pervious diagnosis of stage 1 ovarian and cervical cancer. A former smoker with a 10 pack year history (a pack a day for 10 years) who had quit 20 years before diagnosis. No family history of lung cancer. Maternal and paternal first and second degree family history of multiple myeloma, breast, cervical, ovarian and colon cancers and of Peutz–Jeghers syndrome.
